Waiver
You are required to have a
Waiver
on file in order to ride or participate at Roxtreme, whether you are a student (minor) or an adult.
WAIVER REQUIREMENTS
You are welcome to come and hang out at Roxtreme without a waiver on file, but each person (regardless of age) is required to have a waiver in order to ride, fish, hike, etc. or participate at Roxtreme in any way.
All waivers must be notarized or signed in front of our staff/volunteer by a parent or guardian of the rider/skater/participant. Please note: a driver’s license must be presented at the time of signing.
You can now
download the waiver and bring it with
you already filled out and if necessary, notarized.
